Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The workshop From Mud to a Shape focuses on the gradual process of engaging with clay material through working with liquid clay mud. The initial phase is devoted to intuitive manipulation of the fluid material, fostering relaxation, release, and an intense haptic experience. Emphasis is placed on sensory attunement to the material and on perceiving its texture, resistance, and variability. In the following stage, participants gradually transition to working with plastic clay, which allows for more intentional modeling and shaping. The resulting artistic outcome responds to the previous bodily and sensory experience with clay slurry and transforms it into a tangible form. The workshop thus connects corporeality, haptic experience, and the formative process as a journey from amorphous matter to shape.
