Our contribution is monitoring the state of the motoric efficiency and of the somatic parameters of the PE students od the Palacky University. We compare the state at the beginning of the studium and the state during the finishing of the practical partsof the following practical subjects: athletics, gymnastics and swimming. Our target was to describe the level of the relations between the motoric tests and the somatic parameters with regard to the standard, which determined the level of the success during the study et the above mentioned practical subjects.We found out if the level of the motoric effeciency or the structure of the somatic parameters can predict the success in the studium of these practical subjects.
