The physical ability and the level of motion activity of boys in the Olomouc region

In his contribution the author takes an interest in assessment of the level of motor abilities and functional capacity of 7 to 15 aged boys in the Olomouc region. To give his opinion on the level of motor efficiency he used a test battery UNIFITTEST (6-60) and a functional test, so-called the Ruffier's test, which a reaction and an adaptation of the cardiovascular system to dispensing of the physical work was assessed by. On the basis of the test norms the author states an in sufficient level of development of motor abilities and functional capacity of boys but also decline or stagnation of motoric performance in comparison with last researches. According to the author´s opinion one of the causes of decline physical ability hypomobility, this is reflected in increased frequency of defective posture of boys.
