Shape of Financial Support for the Czech Agriculture Restructuring

The contribution is focused on the definition and the assessment of economic instruments within the agricultural policy used for the financial support of the Czech agricultural enterprises restructuring during the transitional phase as well as the new possibilities evaluation shaped up by the CAP exercise. Two main resources of financing, their main tasks and influence on restructuring of the agriculture in last decade are described there: (1) the State Agricultural Intervention Fund as a regulator of the agrarian market stabilization and (2) the Support and Guarantee Fund for Farmers and Forestry as a main instrument of capital reinforcement. Based upon the last reforms of the CAP evaluation (changes of commodity markets regulation tools and a new approach partly related to income stabilization policy partly to support of technological change and restructuring in wider social and regional aspects) their influence on the Czech agrarian policy instruments and possibility of development
