The company KASKO is aware of environmental impact of the production process. It came to the conclusion that the best way of management of activities concerning environmental protection is to introduce an environmental management system in the company. Costs for the environment are costs connected with corporate activities the purpose of which is reduction or compensation of negative environmental impact of the company. In addition to costs connected with environmental protection, also corporate costs induced by damage to the environment form part of these environmental costs. From the general point of view, the company KASKO is a well functioning company with introduced and applied environmental management system. When making decisions on investments,both environmental aspects and impacts, and economic consequences, are taken into consideration.
