The world has been transformed by the processes of globalization. Even if economic disparities between states are typical symbol of the world during the whole human history, the negative aspects dealing with the processes, connected with effort to increase the economic productivity of less developed countries came to be significant contemporary priorities of political programmes on the international level. In the context, the development paradigm is generally perceived as one of the principal frameworkslead to carry out of the mentioned priorities by way of economic and social poverty (impoverishment) reduction in developing countries.
