Paper deals with new policies in the field of public procurement and with moral, political and psychological aspects ob public procurement. Especially with two areas: electronic procurement and regulation of bellow-threshold public contracts and above threshold contracts. Bellow-thresholds contracts are not regulated by the European directives. There are some ideas concerning moral and others aspects in the field of public procurement also. The aim of this article is to put some ideas how to improve better practise in this field.
