Management of processes is the basic principle of a quality management system. Process access as a basic principle of quality management creates place for continuous improvement. The topic of this paper was the management of processes that bring results of process performance as important instrument for activities in improvement of quality management system. In this paper we focused on the evaluation of the basic process indicators, which should point out the functionality of the quality management system. We used two basic process indicators - functionality and efficiency. The results of research pointed to the ineffective and nonfunctional processes and the critical process was the process of communication. This result of research is the subject of improvement in the quality management system in future. Monitoring, processes evaluation is the basis for the effectiveness of the quality management system.
