In the model area of the University agriculture enterprise in Žabčice will be evaluated the developmental changes in landscape. They will be used as a basis for understanding the changes in the dispersed vegetation structure and together with the evaluation of the present condition of the vegetation and aesthetical point of view will be used for the proposal of regeneration of polyfunctional vegetation system. This project and the article arise thanks to the support of the Internal Grant Agency MUAF. The supported project 3/2006 is named "Landscape Area Optimisation Analysis at the University Agriculture Enterprise in Žabčice".
