This story is a part of the dissertation with the topic "Regional Development and Effectiveness of Regional Policy" and connects on the last paper about structural funds in the NUTS 2 Southeast and Middle Moravian. The topic of this paper deals with theproblematic of structural funds as an instrument of regional policy. There are definite the structural funds in Czech Republic. And then is describe the Regional Operation Program South-East. There are definite the main problems in this Regional Operation Program. The story deals with the quantitative analysis of effectiveness methodical process of Regional Council in Czech Republic.
