Since the fall of apartheid, the Republic of South Africa is known as a country that proclaims the protection of all minorities living in the country. In 1994, there was a major change in South African society in comparison to previous political development. The politics of apartheid was officially refused and new liberal democratic Constitution was implemented. This new Constitution guarantee rights to all members of the society without any exclusion. However, the reality is rather different from the ideals defined in the Constitution. The history of last twenty years (1994-2014) has shown that there are very significant new cleavages (conflicts lines) in the society of Republic of South Africa. What it is possible to observe nowadays is a shift fromthe conflict line black versus white people to the conflict line majority vs. minorities. Undoubtedly, the racial aspects are still very important but it is obvious that since 1994 there is a rise of new challenges regarding the status of
