The research of the permanent plots, estabilished by Prof. A. Zlatník in the 30s of the 20th century in Ukraine, is very valuable, because the forest stands represent virgin forests and the period between the first and the second measurements is today 70years. The stand i n the research plot can be called as "a virgin forest", because there were never made any forestry interferences and the species composition is corresponding to abiotic conditions.
