In designing and assessing wooden constructions, it is necessary restrictions or reductions in the functional reliability of these constructions and buildings not to occur due to guaranteeing required or recommended values of one of the basic elements, namely the coefficient of heat passage. The service life of constructions or buildings of wood is dependent on temperature and moisture conditions. The conditions or corresponding equilibrium wood moisture in a construction show a considerable effect on the functional reliability of building in terms of mechanical resistance and stability, energy savings, thermal protection, hygiene, but also health protection. To ensure the reliability of wooden constructions and buildings for the period of their supposed ser-vice life the deeper analysis of constructions is necessary from the point of view of the integrated heat-technical evaluation.
