The soil environment of the cultivated windrows in comparison to stands without organic mineral material at the Ore Mts. Plateau
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The soil properties of the cultivated windrows differ significantly. The soil properties values are based on the original scarification technology during 1970s and 1980s. The cultivated windrow layer (about 20 -- 25 cm) is formed by about 10 -- 20 % of carbon substances, 0.4 -- 0.8 % of total nitrogen, slightly risky C: N ration (24 -- 30), optimal soil acidity (pH/KCl) 3.0 -- 3.3 and optimal amount of nourishment (Ca, Mg, K, P) on the site where the uprooting blade was used for topsoil horizons removal. The cultivation layer (about 25 -- 30 cm) originating from windrows done by the blade with even edge contains about 5 -- 10 % of carbon substance, 0.25 -- 0.40 % of total nitrogen, unstable C: N ration 23 -- 30: 1, higher soil acidity 3.5 pH/KCl and lower (still optimal) amount of the available nourishment. The soil properties are about twice higher at the both sites in the comparison to sites with scarification. The total nitrogen and cation exchange capacity (120 mmol.kg-1) are espec
