The objective of the Development Project research of the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology Mendel University in Brno, implemented as an extensive Training Forest Enterprise Masaryk Forest Křtiny (TFE) casy study, consists in the quantification of the potential and economic importance of forest recreational ekosystems services. The text gives the results of a portion of a survey carried out in the Bílovice nad Svitavou forest district. This portion of the survey was evaluated using the contingent valuation method based on respondents'willingness to pay for sevices provided by the forest recreational ekosystem. Specifically, in the case of the Bílovice nad Svitavou forest district, this concerns the willingness of visitors to pay for services consisting of the use of forest haul roads, cycle, paths, meadows and minor structures within the forest infrastructure.
