Land consolidation, respectively plan of common facilities does not accept the planning possibility of parallel recreational use of specific cadastral territory. For this reason, we propose the dividing of cadastral territory into zones of recreational attractiveness, in which will occur an existing and newly designed elements of attractiveness. These defined elements of attractiveness followed and are carried out in accordance with the comprehensive land consolidation, respectively plan of common facilities. The purpose of design of these elements is especially outline newpossibilities of landscape planning in the field of recreation and recreational use of the area carried out in the context of land consolidation.
