Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The paper deals with the issue of the work environment, work hygiene and safety at protected workplaces in the territory of the South Moravian region of the Czech Republic. The objective of the current ongoing research applying measurement instrumentation with Corresponding measurement methods is to measure and monitor current magnitudes of certain variables related to work hygiene and work environment of specific areas in the production sector. Within this research, the following variables in the manufacturing process "are monitored: temperature and humidity, air quality-VOC concentration, sound level, light intensity, and others. These variables are measured and evaluated. Subsequently, optimal conditions of the work environment are determined and acceptable values set, The partial, output maps current conditions at such workplaces and defines basic requirements for employment in the protected workplace as an alternative performance with emphasis on work safety, product quality and ergonomics of the work environment. The paper also reflects upon the importance of prevention of work process risks and threats to the health and the environment. The research proposes improvements to product quality and reduction in the risks of safety hazards at this sort of workplace so as to minimize the constraints on the work performance.
