Popis výsledku v původním jazyce

Using the atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the content of four heavy metals (Cd, Pb, Ni and Cr), in Khawia sinensis, was determined. The same heavy metals were also determined in the liver and the muscles of the host Cyprinus carpio (L.) from the locality Lednice, South Moravia. In the parasite's biomass, the following values of Cd, Pb, Ni and Cr (in 100% dry matter in ?g/g) were found: Cd= 1.08?0.08, Pb= 15.58?0.26, Ni= 47.77?0.76 and Cr 16.45?0.22. In the host's liver tissues, they were:Cd= 0.74?0.05, Pb= 2.41?0.21, Ni= 0.39?0.11 and Cr= 0.37?0.09 and in its muscles, they were: Cd= 0.36?0.03, Pb= 2.08?0.12, Ni= 0.26?0.03 and Cr 0.29?0.07. The ratio value (= [Cparazite / Corgan]) was 1.5 in Cd, 6.5 in Pb, 121.2 in Ni and 44.3 in Cr for the liver,and for muscles 3.0, 7.5, 187.5 and 56.3 respectively.
