Within our study, the problems of PCB distribution into the pig's tissues has been solved. The experiment required a relevant amount of xenobiotic to be inserted into the digestive tract of pigs, for which reason Delor 103 and Delor 106 were given to thepigs in the form of capsules containing lard and dose of the respective commercial product. When the pigs reached the slaughterable weight, they were slaughtered and subsequently samples of individual tissues were analysed (dorsal lard, felt lard, shoulder, belly-pork, cutlet, tongue, lobe, intestine and colon) and also samples of the blood plasma from blood taken every second week during the whole experiment. Also the content of intestine and colon of the slaughtered pigs were analysed. In order to evaluate also possible contamination of outer environment, also the feed mixes, drinking water, samples of troughs, sewage and stable dust were analysed.
