One of the possibilities of examining the herd status or individual dairy cows is to monitor the course of lactation curves. The curves could be drawn both for milk production and the amount of milk fat, protein, somatic cells or body condition of a dairy cow. The graphic design enables the herd manager to find easily the critical point in the system without going through a great amount of numerical data.
