Název v původním jazyce
The influence of farming on the carabid beetle fauna (Carabidae) in selected sink holes in the Moravian Karst protected landscape area (Czech Republic).
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Moravian Karst. Areas within the district of Vilémovice, Lažánky and Ostrov near Macocha villages have been studied in particular. Sink holes have been selected on the basis of how they are probably influenced by human activities (types such as regularlymown sinking holes within a thoroughly exploited field - 1, sinking holes partially or totally overgrown by shrubs - 3 and 2, sinking holes with fully developed trees - 4, sinking holes within an intensely exploited meadow -5. The overall results of both years of study demonstrate the fact that sink holes No. 4 and 5 are the least influenced by human activities. The index of species diversity amounted to the highest value in the habitat No. 4 (2.90), then No. 5 (2.54), No. 1 (2.02) and No. 3 (2.02). The highest equitability was found in the habitat No. 4 (0.71), then No. 5 (0.65), while the least value was in the habitat No. 1 (0.50). Regarding the index of similarity (Jaccard´s index), the highest value was that between habitats No. 2
