Energy micro-source with mid-frequency synchronous alternator
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The use of alternative sources of energy which are currently called renewable sources is globally not anything completely new. Although the renewal and implementation of new renewable sources started to be massively supported at the beginning of our millennium, some of these sources have been well-known since the Old Ages already. So called "mobile sources" are not something completely new as well. Already in 1965, small mobile hydro-power stations (nowadays they would be called micro-sources) were produced. Their power was up to hundreds of watts, and they were designed for being used in uninhabited areas and areas without energy networks. The issue of using renewable energy sources is still a current one. That is why a new model machine set of an energy micro-source came into being in the electro-technical laboratory of the Department of the Technical Subjects of the University of Hradec Kralove. This energy micro-source has a mid-frequency synchronous alternator, and the output voltage is stabilized by a sine inverter. The machine set can work in varied working modes, and thus the most varied conditions can be simulated. The text presents a conception of the mechanical and electrical part of this model machine set which is convenient for electro-technical laboratories of universities and vocational secondary schools. The results of basic measurements are also presented.
