This paper describes the issue of using advanced manufacturing technologies in companies operating in the Czech Republic. Parts of this paper are the economic indicators of Net Profit, Sales, Equity and Assets, which have been subjected to detailed examination in the horizon of the past four years. The study was supported by research conducted on a sample of 131 manufacturing companies. Collected data were explored by correlation analysis. The aim of this paper was to identify the relationships and dependence between economic indicators and (the appearance of) the number of advanced manufacturing technologies implemented in the companies. In addition to that, it was intended to study the level of contribution these technologies can bring to a company.There has been established low to moderate dependence between the use of advanced technology and economic results of a company. The advanced manufacturing technology can to some extent contribute to better economic results.
