In the submitted article the author will focus on the benefits from advanced manufacturing technology utilization and on the company performance. The scrutinized issues are the constituents of a wider context of the project called ?Efficiency in the company and the company - consumer relationship? that is being worked on within the frame of specific research at the Faculty of Informatics and Management, University of Hradec Králové and on the basis of the previous research that was supported by Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (project No. 402/07/1495). The projects that we did and that is being done by our researching team is described in a separate chapter of this article. The main goal of the article is to describe the most often used advanced manufacturing technologies in the involved companies together with the benefits achieved from the technology utilization and with the management attitudes.
