This paper presents the outputs of the Social Computing project run at the Faculty of Informatics and Management and Hradec IT Cluster. The project called "Tools for the Development of Human Resources" dealt with systematic research and critical investigation that aimed at finding new ways of using social computing tools in order to build educational systems for customers to achieve the desirable level of knowledge on applied products of the supplier in both supply units (cluster members) and their customers.
