TRANSFER TECHNOLOGY: A STRUCTURAL INSIGHT
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how social network analysis can be used to analyse changes during a transfer project in deeper organisational structure. Questioners and company documents were used to obtain information at the beginning and at the end of the project. The data was collected from an identical team set. We have gained data on friendly team relationships and team communication in the sense of asking "who is your friend" and "who you are addressing for advice." We also received personal and work data about individual members of the management and expert team. The results of the analysis of group of 22 managers and selected experts suggest that the reassembly of the links within "advice" network - the creation of 12 new clicks - in this network can be perceived as the self-organizing process of a company under a live transfer project, at least at the level of analyzing corporate clicks based on the work communication - "asking for advice" is "questioned about advice".
