This article describes the external (exogenous) and internal (endogenous) risks of logistics systems, which reduces their stability. The consequence of instability in the logistic system will be shown in additional costs that worsen the economic performance. Separation and understanding the consequences associated within the risk in the logistics system allows the managers to target and eliminate necessary risks to achieve good economic results in the company.
