In this report is described micro-economical sight into decision-making of the economical participants, which can be generalized for solution of decision-making task in different environment (companies, households). Decision-making is a human activity, which allows us to choose a suitable problem solution from given possibilities. It is a reaction on obstacles or limitations, which an economical participant meets in the society, or in the surrounding nature, to satisfy his or her subjective needs. Decision-making comes out of a need of an individual to make ?the best choice? from all the various possibilities in the area of possibility of choice in the context of given situation. We make decisions under circumstances of uncertainty and time pressure, which means that our information is incomplete.
