The management approaches implementation is extremely significant for activities connected with the regional development. The British ?Citizen´s Charter? and documents ?Next Steps Initiative? and ?Compeeting for Quality? are clear examples of the mentioned stream that is more and more typical for the whole contemporary European public administration.
