The article deals with the sustainable logistics as a part of value chain in the industrial enterprise and aims and strategy of the sustainable logistics, which in addition to optimizing the logistics processes, from the economic point of view, should eliminate the impact of these processes on the environment and human beings. The paper considers that for the fulfillment of the tasks of sustainable corporate logistics is the issue of internal, interdepartmental sustainable logistics. It is necessary toformulate proposal for the integration of sustainable logistics as a part of the value chain in the sustainable development strategy of industrial enterprises. Past view on logistics enterprise system as only a single realization of material and information flow from inputs, in production and into outputs for customers is no longer enough promising. Sustainable logistics should be an important part of sustainable development strategy in order to become an effective tool in the competitio
