The cloud providers (Amazon, Microsoft, Google, etc.) offer the virtual computers, virtual disk, virtual networks etc. on the market in e-shop form. The "virtual" in this case means fully operational, fully independent and fully isolated part of the whole infrastructure of cloud data centre. For users it has properties of real resources. Based on this virtual resources principles the users (cloud architect) can create his own infrastructure needed for their application. The cloud technology simplify the IT business, open new possibilities for start up companies. They do no need to buy any own HW to built expensive HW infrastructures. All needed can be rent from the cloud and finally they pay only this what they used. It eliminates big initial investment and it accelerates development process of new applications. In GEANT was initiated process how to massively move academic users into the clouds instead of using own infrastructures. The whole process of using clouds is relatively simple. But each new user infrastructure has many factors, items and options that cost something. In our paper we will focus on methods how to create infrastructure and to optimize and minimalize of service payload
