Go is a new language introduced by Google in 2009, preserving the best features of C, and adding some new ideas. In this library we provide functions for paleoecologists: 156 similarity/dissimilarity/distance measures, including both versions of Raup&Crick index, to compare ecological communities' species compositions; 58 functions to compute ecological diversity, including Gini index and some other measures of inequality borrowed from econometrics, and 17 functions to asess species richness. The library is open-source. License is BSD 2-Clause.
