THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CONFIGURATION OF THE WORKING PARAMETERS OF THE WET SHAKER TABLE FOR THE RECOVERY OF METALS FROM MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE INCINERATION BOTTOM ASH FINE FRACTIO
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
This research focuses on the analysis of the influence of some of the most important working parameters of the wet shaking table on the concentration and recovery of copper and elemental aluminum on the MSWI-BA fine fraction below 0.5 millimeters. For this purpose, a series of 16 tests was carried out with all possible combinations of the minimum and the maximum values of four of the most relevant working parameters of the wet shaker table: shakes amplitude, frequency of shakes, washing water volume, and horizontal tilt. For this research a laboratory semi-industrial wet shaker table were used, and for chemical analysis the concentration of copper was measured by ICP-OES, and the concentration of elemental aluminum was determined by measuring the amount of hydrogen generated in the reaction of elemental aluminum with a solution of sodium hydroxide (NaOH).n
