Emotional speech is dependent on the glottal flow signal characteristics. One of the methods for obtaining the glottal flow signal from speech is its decomposition into the maximum- and minimum-phase components using the complex cepstrum, where the maximum-phase component is considered as the glottal flow signal. In the contribution experiments with its modification are presented with the aim to obtain synthetic emotional speech.
