Der Artikel befasst sich mit der Frage des öffentlichen Gesundheitswesens im Protektorat Böhmen und Mähren, das zu Gunsten der Deutschen sowie Tschechen arbeitete. Die Autorin zeigt, dass Gesundheitsfürsorge im Gesamtkontext der Okkupationspolitik mehrdeutig war, aber doch sie erfühlte ihre traditionelle Rolle. Die Institutionen konzentrierten sich vor allem auf die tschechischen Kinder und die tschechischen Arbeiter.

The article is addressed to public health policy in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, which worked in favour of Germans as well as Czechs. The author shows that the official health care within occupational policy was ambiguous but still played its traditional role. The institutions focused especially on Czech youth and Czech workers.
