The chapter is a contribution towards overcoming the confrontations among cultures via an inter-cultural dialogue on trans-cultural issues. In the first part, the chapter discussed the topic of conflict and dialogue; in the second part, it focuses on theinter-cultural and inter-civilizational nature of this conflict; in the third part, it concentrates on transcultural values and right, and in the final part, it touches on the legislation on transcultural rights.
