L'article approche les connaisances archéolgiques sur l'enterrement de gens exclus du cimeti?re, spécialement de condamnés ? mort et suicidés. Avant tout ? l'époque moderne ils étaient inhumés dans un lieu déshonorant comme pr?s de gibet ou échafaud. Letexte porte sur les résultats des fouilles archéologiques réaliseés dans ces lieux en Boh?me, Moravie, Lusace et Silésie (Les Pays historiques de la Couronne de Boh?me). Les résultats sont comparés avec ceux de l'autre pays de l'Europe et avec sources écrites.

The article presents the archaeological knowledge of the burials of the persons excluded from the common cemetry, especially of executed criminals and those who committed suicide. They were buried in some dishonourable place as near the gallows or in theexecution site in the Modern Period. The article is based on the results of the archaeological excavations of execution sites in Bohemia, Moravia, Lusatia and Silesia (the historical Lands of the Bohemian Crown). These results are compared to the results from other countries of Europe and to the written sources.
