Das Chemnitzer Einnahmemanual stellt das älteste nachgewiesene Stadtbuch dar. Es wurde in den Jahren von 1426 bis 1438 geführt und ist nun im Chemnitzer Stadtarchiv verwahrt. Das Einnahmemanual hält viele verschiedene Alltagstätigkeiten in der mittelalterlichen Stadt fest. Die Handschrift zeigt auch die Sozialmobilität, die in der Stadt ununterbrochen stattgefunden hat, und auch die Migration in der Stadt.

Study analysed the Chemnitz’s “Einnahmemanual”, which represents the oldest documented municipal book in the town. The manuscript was kept from 1426 to 1438 and today is deposit in the Chemnitz City Archive. The “Einnahmemanual” records many different everydayness activities in the medieval city. This municipal book also shows the social mobility that has taken place continuously in the city, and also the migration in the city. New Burghers from Bohemia came to the town as well
