Das Kapitel analysiert das politische und nationale Denken der Verfasser der hussitischen Invektive von 1416, die den Prediger in Kuttenberg Hermann angreift und ihm einen Anteil an zwei Gewalttaten der Kuttenberger Bergleute zuschreibt. Der Autor vergleicht die Invektive vor allem mit drei Texten aus dem Jahr 1409, die sich auf die Entstehung des sogenannten Dekrets von Kutná Hora beziehen, und stellt Ähnlichkeiten in der verwendeten Terminologie fest, insbesondere mit der Defensio mandati des Magisters Johannes von Jessenitz. Das Kapitel schließt eine kritische Ausgabe der Invektive ein.

The chapter analyses the political and national thought of the authors of the Hussite invective from 1416, which attacks the preacher in Kutná Hora, Hermann, and attributes to him a share in two violent acts of the Kutná Hora miners. The author mainly compares the invective with three texts from 1409 related to the creation of the so-called Decree of Kutná Hora and reveals similarities in the terminology used, especially with the Defensio mandati of Master Jan of Jesenice. The chapter includes a critical edition of the invective.
