Bei den Reisen der Habsburger Monarchen nach Böhmen im 17. und 18. Jahrhundert wurden neben der Prager Burg als Hauptresidenz im Land auch kleinere Residenzen auf den Kammerherrschaften für ihre Aufenthalte genutzt. Sowohl die Güter in der Polabí-Region (Pardubice, Poděbrady, Kolín, Brandýs nad Labem) als auch jene westlich von Prag dienten nicht nur als Getreide- oder Holzbasis für den Hof des Monarchen auf seinen Reisen, sondern auch als Ort für die Durchführung habsburgischer Jagden. Sie stehen im Mittelpunkt der vorliegenden Studie im Kontext des Residenzverhaltens des Monarchen, das nach seiner endgültigen Umsiedlung nach Wien in der zweiten Hälfte des 17. Jahrhunderts eine neue Form annahm.

During the travels of the Habsburg monarchs to Bohemia in the 17th and 18th centuries, in addition to Prague Castle as the main residence in the country, smaller residences located on the chamber estate complex were also used for their sojourns. Both the estates in the Polabi region (Pardubice, Poděbrady, Kolín, Brandýs nad Labem) and those west of Prague were not only a supply of grain or timber for the monarch's court on its travels, but also a place for the execution of Habsburg hunts. These are the ones that are the focus of the present study, in the context of the monarch's residential behaviour, which took on a new form after his permanent settlement in Vienna in the second half of the 17th century.
