The presented article considers these topics as follows: Increasingly in recent decades non-destructive methods of analysis materials are used for the study of different kind of materials. X-ray industry computed tomography (CT). Especially is preferredthe use of 2D and 3D high-resolution X-ray CT or micro-CT with the micro-focal sources of X-rays and the suitable linear or flat (2D) X-Ray detectors. By ?CT is achieved resolution of individual building units in the tomographic cross-sections (so calledvoxels) at the level of unit or first tens of micrometers.
