This deliverable establishes an EU baseline on zero-tolerance (ZT) to gender-based violence, including sexual harassment. A central part of this deliverable is an analysis of the current state of play in two national contexts: the Swedish (SE) and Irish (IE) Higher Education Institution (HEI) policies and policy implementation processes Further, a brief background and description of the current scholarly debates related to the ZTA is included, as well as key conclusions and recommendations.
