Die bisher unveröffentlichte Zeichnung aus dem Besitz des Prager Stadtmuseums zeigt die böhmische Krönung von Ferdinand II. im Veitsdom im Jahre 1617. Das Bild fällt in der detaillierten Darstellung der einzelnen Teilnehmer der Zeremonie und der Kirchenausstattung auf. Basierend auf den historischen Umständen und einem Vergleich mit einem ähnlichen Werk (nämlich Kupferstich Ansicht des Wladislawsaals in der Prager Burg) wird die Vermutung der Autorschaft von Aegidius Sadeler II vorgeschlagen.

The unpublished drawing from the possession of the City of Prague Museum represents the coronation of Ferdinand II to the Bohemian King in St. Vitus Cathedral in 1617. The picture stands out in the detailed depiction of the individual participants of the ceremony and the church furnishings. Based on the historical circumstances and a comparison with a similar work (esp. copper-engraving View into the Vladislav Hall), the presumption of authorship by Aegidius Sadeler II is suggested.
