Der Artikel beschäftigt sich mit der Laienkonzeptualisierung der Markiertheit. Es geht von der Voraussetzung aus, dass bestehendes System der Markierungen in den Wörterbücher für die Anwender wenig verständlich und deshalb beschränkt nutzbar ist. Durch die Analyse der telefonischen Gesprächen aus der Datenbank der Sprachberatungsstelle des Instituts für tschechische Sprache wird es zeigt, auf welchen Wesenzügen der Markiertheit die Fragesteller ihre Interesse richten und wie sie den untersuchten Gegenstand konzeptualisieren. Die Untersuchung bietet einen wichtigen Beweis dafür, dass die Laiensicht bei der Verarbeitung der Wörterbuchkonzeption berücksichtigt werden soll.

The paper deals with the lay conceptualization of the markedness. It works on the assumption that the current system of labeling in dictionaries is for their users to difficult to understand and thus the using of information about the markedness in dictionaries is limited. Based on the analysis of the phone calls from the database of the language counsseling service of the Czech language Institute, the paper shows, on which aspects of the markedness the inquirers focus and how they conceptualize the field of markedness. The results of the analysis highlight the necessity to take into consideration the users comprehension by the formation of the conception of the dictionary.
