Nach der Entstehung der Charta 77 suchte das kommunistische Regime nach Wegen, die innenpolitische Opposition zu unterdrücken. Die Aktion „Asanace“ ermöglichte es dem Regime in den 1980er Jahren, unbequeme Unterzeichner der Charta zur Emigration zu zwingen. Die vorliegende Publikation konzentriert sich auf die Berichte der Generation, die die Aktion „Asanace“ persönlich erlebt hat, sowie auf die zweite und dritte Generation ihrer Nachkommen.

After the founding of the Charter 77 movement, the communist regime sought ways to suppress domestic opposition. Operation Asanace enabled the regime to evict inconvenient signatories of the Charter in the 1980s. This publication focuses on the testimonies of the generation that personally experienced Operation Asanace, as well as the second and third generations of their descendants.
