The workshop was organized in the framework of the co-operation of the Institute of State and Law, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, with the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and the Institute for Europen Integration of the Austrian Academy of Sciences with the support of ASO Brno.Its object were the issues of EU law application and its influence on national legal systems with particular reference to the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary.
