The lecture gave an overview of the current legal regulation of natural resources in the Czech Republic, namely the constitutional background of the natural resources preservation, the ownership structure in natural resources and the ownership limitations due to the environmental protection, the regulation of agricultural land, forests, nature, air and water protection. Then it dealt with support of the renewable energy resources and the regulation of mining in the Czech Republic.
