The UNCITRAL Colloquium on Possible Future Work on Dispute Settlement, that took place during the seventy-fifth session of Working Group II, explored the legal issues relating to dispute resolution in the digital economy with the aim to identify the scope and nature of possible legislative work. One of the topics of the Colloquim was elaboration of an instrument on technology related disputes, including the proposed draft of comprehensive provisions on confidentiality which addressed, among others, establishment of confidentiality clubs and appointment of confidentiality advisors.
