Only few branches of all national economies developed as quickly and dynamically as processing of waste, refuse, scrap. The privatization process, economic transformation, fundamental structural changes - all these things changed from the basis dealing conditions with waste. Aim of this paper is to acquaint with possibilities how to use recycled plastics on the basis of PE and PP (i.e. recycled PET bottles) for production of very strong profiles convenient for windows frame constructions. This idea originated in the nineties in Germany, where the firm MEET having the seat in the town Laufeld started with the production of the window profiles made of recycled PET bottles (i.e. from the mix of polyethylene and polypropylene)
