The submitted contribution describes the main theoretical principles and results of the CONTEC® integrated project bidding, planning, management and quality control expert system developed in the last years, which can be effectively used for modelling of planning, preparation, management of the building process and maintenance of structures. This system is based on modelling of the building or reconstruction process of different structures by use of network diagrams created by an original construction technology network diagram method. This method enables to create and then to use besides normal network graphs different typical network diagrams as models of erection, behaviour and maintenance of buildings. Resulting documents answer not only the price question, but also the optimum construction or maintenance processes flow, the cash and resource flow and the quality assurance question.
